Tech Support is an interesting service in that requires both broad as well and deep knowledge of technical equipment. Tech Support is somewhat challenging nowadays in that technical equipment is not only composed of complicated hardware (Computer, IP Phone, Ethernet Switch, Router, etc.) but also complicated software (OS, Firewall, RTOS, etc.). Comprehending, managing and/or repairing modern technical equipment is by no means an easy matter. The fact that technology is constantly evolving does not help the situation.
