You may be wondering who or what exactly are we? That is a very good question and its response has morphed throughout the years. Our name is Embedded System Solution LLC and we are a through and through electrical and computer engineering and non-engineering company. As it is hopefully evident, we can provide a plethora of technology related services. Some of the services are engineering bassed while others are technical based. Our staff is as diverse as the services we offer. Thanks to our diverse workforce (electrical engineers, computer engineers, mechanical engineers, computer scientist, electricians, technicians, etc.), we offer a variety of electrical and computer services. Furthermore, the assistance can be engineering oriented or technical oriented. Unlike out competitors, we never outsource any job to a third party company.

Our customers come from all walks of life. Our customers range everywhere from electrical engineers to technicians, computer engineers to electricians, residential structure to retail structure, college students to college professors, schools to universities, and the list goes on and on. As can be see, here at Embedded System Solution there is no such thing as a typical customer.

The simplest definition, is a embedded system was anything that is not a general purpose computer (laptop, desktop, tablet, cell phone, etc.). In the old times, an embedded system was easy to spot. They typically were a small green PCB with a MCU as its processor and a variety of slave ICs. The PCB was considered either digital or multisignal. They were, and still are, found everywhere. From home appliance such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc. They could be used to control the mechanical parts to a system. A good example is in a wahsing machine, the embedded system is used to control the washing machine motor and hot and cold water actuators. Typically, the embedded system was battery operated however that was not a necessity. Furthermore, the embedded system was battery operated.

Our customers come from all walks of life and range anywhere from college students to college professors, start-up companies to well established corporations, multi-million dollar corporations to lone entrepreneurs. Here at EmbeddedSolutions there is no such thing as too big or too small of a customer. Some of our trainees; want to make a career out of web development, are in the mist of project which requires web development, are trying to build your own website for your own business, or just looking to add something new to your resume.

Here at Embedded System Solution we understand that not everybody whom wishes learn the art of web development, wishes to attain a degree in it. Some of our customers, for example, already have a degree in another field and are wanting to; just acquire another skill set, add something to their resume, are in the mist of project which requires web development, want to build their own website for their business, etc.

Typically our training customers wish to ramp up on web development in a short period of time and are disillusioned by the high cost incurred and long time frame experienced attending a community college. What could take several semesters/years and thousands of dollars, in a community college, would take just one week and at a fraction of the cost, with us.

Furthermore, community colleges target young people whom don’t yet have a degree but wish to attain one, whereas we are targeting people in the workforce and whom already have a degree, don’t have free time, and whom want learn web development.

Although the initial train of though is that it would be “free” to completely Google Web Development, simple mathematics will show that customers will actually save money by attending our web development training sessions. For most people the initial reaction is skepticism, however mathematics never lies. Although, it is theoretically possible to completely Google web development, Googling takes time and as the phrase goes, “time is money”. If one multiplies the time it takes to research the topic by the (potential) employee pay rate, the result will be greater than the cost to attend a training session.

By attending our training services, customers can not only reach their goals faster but also easier. All of our training sessions are conducted by seasoned professionals, with years of experience and whom have been in the trenches and not only know the obstacles and road blocks but also know how to resolve them. As a result, they can immediately and correctly answer almost any question that is thrown at them. As as results this not only in minimizes not only confusion and frustration, but also results in fast accurate response.
We don't take crafting our web development training material lightly. Unlike our competitors who believe that the majority of the responsibility of learning a training material lies on the hands of the student, we conversely feel that the majority lies on us. That is why we put a lot of research and development into our training material to ensure cohesion, validity, conciseness, and clarity.

When crafting out training material we try to ensure there is cohesion from topic to topic. We try and ensure each slide/topic builds up on the next slide/topic, instead of bombarding trainees with facts and bullet points. In a way, information is spoon feed to the customer. When crafting out training material we try to have as much compassion for our trainees as possible. We try and envision what it must feel like to be introduced to the training material for the fist time. Trainers are encouraged to reminisce the frustrations experienced when trying to learn something new. Similarly, we try to have as much compassion as possible when conducting the training session and try to answer as many questions as possible.

When crafting out training material also ensure validity of the training material by meticulously inspecting each and every slide. Each and every slide is meticulously inspected by our experienced computer/electrical engineers and computer scientist. Furthermore, it must be re-emphasized that the same engineers that conduct the training session are the same engineers that do the consultation and contractual services. As a result, trainees can be rest assured that trainers not only have experience and know how to conduct training session, but also that the information being provided is correct.

We address trainee disorientation with immediate detection and rectification. Here at EmbeddedSolutions we are fully aware that trainee disorientation is bound to happen. Furthermore, it is also understood that most trainees are embarrassed of their situation and are reluctant to publicly disclose their status. As can be imagined the dilemma get exacerbated as time passes. To remedy this we have come up with the concept of anonymous questionnaires. Throughout our training session, we conduct anonymous questionnaires which ask the level of comprehension of the current theme by the trainees. The pace of the training session is dictated by results of the questionnaire. If the results of the questionnaire is favorable, then the trainer is allowed to continue onto the next theme, otherwise the trainer must retouch on the theme from a different perspective. Furthermore, out staff is evaluated by the response of the questionnaire. Positive feedback ensures trainer is conveying the information correctly.

Training typically take place in hotel conference rooms. The rooms are reserved for the entire duration of the training session. Trainees are expected to bring their own computer. Refreshments will be provided at not cost.
The cost of the training session should be posted on the registration page.
Demand is generally what dictates when a training session is offered. If demand is high, then the training will be offered more frequently and conversely if demand is low then training session will be offered infrequently. Please check the “date” tab to see when the next training session will be offered.
Customers are encourage to attend training sessions on the scheduled date as they provide the most economical and convenient way of attending a training session from EmbeddedSolutions. However, in the rare occasion that a customers really wants to attend a training session, they can scheduled a private training session. As can be imagined private training sessions is considerably more expensive than group training sessions. The additional cost will depend on when the training will take place, schedule of EmbeddedSolutions staff, and the place where the private training session will take place. To know the cost a private training session, please contact us with the following information; when will the private training session take place, how many people will be attending the private training session, and the name of the training session.
Customers are strongly discouraged from ever missing a training session. However, in the even that it does happen, in limited circumstances, we can, at our discretion, accommodate the customer to future training sessions. What determines whether or not we accommodate the customer in a future training session is availability. If enough seats are available in a future training session, then the customer is contacted and his training session is rescheduled. The downside to rescheduling to a future training sessions is that future training sessions could be months away. Furthermore, if the seats happen to fill up, then the customer is rescheduled to yet again. That is why we urge customers not to miss out on a training session.
If enough customers don’t sign up for the training session, then the session is unfortunately gets canceled (but not always). Here at EmbeddedSolutions we understand the potential consequences of a canceled training session and that is why we do our best to proceed with the training sessions regardless of the number of costumers who sign up. A canceled training session will typically result if the minimum number of customers don’t enroll three weeks prior to the start of the session. To avoid getting caught off gourd, customers are encouraged to periodical visit the training session enrollment page to compare the session minimum enrollment and current enrollment. If the training session does get canceled then a cancellation notice will be sent to all the customers who did sign up and a full refund will be offered.
The consequences of a customer canceling his/her training session is dependent on when the customer cancels and what role his enrollment had in the session. If the customer cancels three weeks prior to the start of the training session then he/she should expect a full refund. After the three weeks, what happens depends on the number of students enrolled.

If the number is students enrolled is the bare minimum and it is past three week mark, then the customers role was deterministic in the proceeding of the training session. In this scenario the customer should not expect to receive a refund.

If on the other hand, the maximum number of students enrolled in the training session and it is past three week mark, then the customer took up a training seat that another customer could have taken. In that scenario the customer should not expect to receive a refund either.

If the number of customers enrolled past the three week mark is between one-plus the minimum or one-minus the maximum, then the customer should expect no penalty and get a full refund.
The advantages of training session when compared to contractual and consultation services, is that by attending training sessions customers will be able to tackle future projects on there own and thereby saving his/her company money and time. Furthermore, training customers will add value to their employee and his/her company by increasing company/employee skillets.
No, training are not accredited. However, customers can talk with community college counselors to see what could be done to to make training sessions transferable.
At the moment training's are only offered in the North America however if demand is there then we will make an exception.
