Terms and conditions

1. The following term names will be used throughout this Terms and Conditions section. For the sake of this agreement a trainee is individual who has both registered and is attending a training session. A potential trainee is an individual who has not registered for a training session however is actively considering registering for one. A registered trainee is an individual who has registered for a training session however has not yet officially attended the training session.

2. Money will never be refunded due to neither dissatisfaction with covered training material nor because of covered training topics. In order to to avoid any potential misunderstandings, here at embeddedsolutions we do everything in out power to try to inform the potential trainee what we will covered during our training session(s). It is the responsibility of the potential trainee to review the "Training Topics", "Intro-tabs", "Training Tabs" to see not only what material will be covered, but also when it will be covered and how it will be covered. If upon reading the "Training Topics", "Intro-tabs", "Training Tabs" the potential trainee still has doubts, he/she always has the option of emailing or calling a embeddedsolutions representative to answer his questions.

3. Cancellation by a registered trainee, neither early nor late, for a training session will not necessary result in full or even partial refund of money. The decision to carry out a training session is determined by a “minimum enrollment count”. “Minimum enrollment count” is defined as the minimum number of potential trainees needed to be enrolled in order for the training session to take place. Should the “minimum trainee enrollment count” not reached, then a training session will most likely be canceled. Every training session has a different “minimum enrollment count”. If the enrollment count is equal to “minimum enrollment count”, then the trainee will not be allowed to cancel the training session. If the enrollment count is greater than “minimum enrollment count”, then the trainee will be allowed to cancel (please read 4).

4. Registered trainees can always cancel their enrollment in a training session at anytime however the amount of money they are refunded is dependent on two factors. (a) Enrolled trainee will never get a refund, neither partial nor full, if rule 3 is violated. There are no exceptions to this rule. (b) Enrolled trainees will get a partial refund as long as rule 3 is not violated and if 45 days to 15 days are reaming prior to the start of training session. (c) Enrolled trainees whom cancel their enrollment in a training session past the 15 day mark, exp 14 days to the start of the training session, should not expect neither a partial nor full refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.

5. Registered Trainees wishing to transfer to another training session cad do so however they should expect a small penalty. The penalty amount is depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to date transfer was desired, current training session enrollment count, transfer training session enrollment count,. Rules 3 and 4 above still apply for registered Trainees wishing to transfer to another training session. the penalty can be waved and it is up discretion.

6. Disruptive behavior in the classroom can not only negatively affect the classroom environment but also the educational experience of trainees enrolled in the training session. Disruptive. behavior is defined as any behaviors that hamper the ability of trainer to teach or trainee to learn. Disruptive behavior will not only not be tolerated but can and will result in expulsion of the trainee by the trainer. Refund, neither partial nor full, will result due to trainee expulsion.

7. Trainees are asked to respect not only the facilities in which the training sessions are conducted but also the equipment which it contains. Equipment includes but not limited to computers, keyboards, monitors, tables, chairs, projectors, white boards, chalkboards, etc. Furthermore, trainees are asked to not bring food which can not only damage equipment but also the facilities as well. Trainees not obeying the rules and respecting the facilities and/or equipment will not only be asked to leave and will not be refunded their money. There are no exceptions to this rule.

8. Missed training session will never result in neither full nor partial refund. Missed training session will be handled case by case however generally, trainee will be transferred to a future training session.
